He graduated from Adana Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences, Department of Accounting in 1973. Aybat, who took part in the establishment of Mersin Chamber of Certified Public Accountants, has been actively working in his own office as a Financial Advisor. He served as the Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Mersin Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and as the Delegate of TÜRMOB. He is a member of Mersin Trade High Schools Association, Mediterranean International Independent Auditors Association (AKUB-DEN) and Mersin Chamber of Certified Public Accountants professional law committee.
In 2019, he took part in the establishment of Arnef and served as Vice Chairman of the Board. He has Certified Public Accountant License and KGK Independent Auditor Certificate. He speaks intermediate level French.
